The Premium Plan grants access to all photo editing tools and includes a monthly or weekly allocation of AI tool credits. Credits Purchase also provides full access to all tools but operates on a lifetime credit system, allowing you to purchase credits anytime as needed.

Credits are the virtual points consumed when using AI features on the Pokecut website. Each AI tool consumes a certain number of credits. Different features consume varying amounts of credits.

Any unused Premium Plan credits will not carry over to the next subscription period. Premium Plan credits will refresh monthly starting from the subscription date. Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely and will not expire, even if unused.

Yes. You can cancel your Premium Plan at any time. You can find "My Order" in the top right corner of the page, click it, and cancel your Premium Plan. You can also click here to go to the My Order page.

Yes. The Premium Plan is a subscription. It automatically renews monthly or annually. You can cancel the automatic renewal of the Premium Plan at any time. Canceling automatic renewal does not immediately terminate the Premium Plan or cause benefits to disappear. Instead, the Premium Plan ends on the next billing date and will no longer renew automatically. You can continue using the Premium Plan until the next billing date arrives.

We provide refund support for a limited time. You may request a refund within 5 days of payment for a Yearly Subscription, within 3 days for a Monthly Subscription, and within 3 days for Permanent Credits. We will process requests according to these Payment Terms. We generally do not grant refunds after the refund validity period expires. If there are special reasons, please contact us with a reasonable explanation, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. Within the refund validity period, we will refund the value of the remaining credits in your account based on the unit price at which you purchased them. Additionally, any platform handling fees caused by the refund must be borne by you. If you wish to request a refund, please click "submit a refund ticket". Yes. After your payment is successful, the payment provider (such as PayPal or Stripe) will usually send an invoice to your payment email address. If you don't receive it, please contact us.

No. We offer free usage for most features. You can try them before purchasing. We also provide Premium Plans with free trials or low-cost trial periods. You can pay after trying them. However, please understand that AI tools require costly server resources. We've already minimized prices as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier Premium Plan. Once upgraded, the new Premium Plan will be activated immediately. Your old plan will be automatically canceled and will no longer renew or charge automatically. Any remaining credits from your old plan will be automatically credited to your account. If your old plan was a monthly plan, the remaining credits for the current month will be added to your account. If your old plan was an yearly plan, all credits for the remaining months will be added to your account in one lump sum. These credits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
