After entering the Pokecut website, you will be prompted at the top whether you need to change the language. Click to quickly change to your language. You also can slide the page to the bottom, then click on the Language button in the lower left corner to switch languages.

Click on the username in the upper right corner, and you will see the account information including the remaining credits.

We will process your refund requests in accordance with these Payment Terms. We will approve refund requests only if they are submitted within the valid refund period (within one day of payment) and are supported by a valid reason. Generally, we will not process refund requests submitted after the valid refund period has expired or those based on invalid reasons. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us with a reasonable explanation, and we will review and address each case individually. If a refund is approved within the valid refund period, we will refund the monetary equivalent of the remaining credits in your account, calculated proportionally based on the unit price at the time of your original purchase. Pokecut grants user of subscripton a personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable right of using Pokecut design resource to create their final work for commercial purposes within the subscription period.If we detect any illegal activity on your account, it may be subject to suspension.
